To order this package, start by choosing your target delivery date using the calendar above.

TARGET DELIVERY DATES: The target delivery date selected during checkout is an estimated target date and is not guaranteed. While every effort is made to deliver your mix by the requested date, production schedules, project volume, quality assurance processes, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timelines.

Please allow up to 7 additional days beyond your selected target delivery date for completion and delivery of your mix. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure every project meets our quality standards.

CONVENIENCE FEE: Payments made using a debit card, credit card, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo will automatically incur a convenience fee charge of 3.49% + $0.49.

8-COUNT SHEET DEADLINE: 8-Count sheets are due 2 weeks prior to the target delivery date you select. Please e-mail your 8-count sheet to info@zerodeductions.com when it is complete. Failure to submit 8-count sheets by the deadline will result in your order being placed on hold and will be assigned a new target delivery date once your 8-count sheets have been received, subject to availability.

Team Type

Examples: Youth Prep Level 2, Junior Elite Level 5, High School Advanced Performance, etc. If non-competitive, please put “none”.

A synchronization license is REQUIRED if you plan on using the mix at any competitions or other events that will be:
1) Live-streamed, televised, or broadcasted
2) Video recorded & uploaded to a free or paid video-on-demand service/website. (Example: VarsityTV or FloCheer)
3) Video recorded & uploaded to the internet, including social media platforms.

Cover songs (cover versions of original, mainstream music), do not include a synchronization license and therefore cannot be used in a mix that requires a synchronization license. Doing so can result in a $150,000 copyright infringment fine per occurence.

Most cheerleading mixes for competitive teams require a synchronization license. If you are unsure whether you require a synchronization license or not, we recommend choosing “YES” or e-mail info@zerodeductions.com for clarification before placing your order.

The Elite Package is an affordable option with more customization than our Standard Package!

Elite Mix Includes:

  • CUSTOMIZED Sound Effects
    A variety of sound effects are matched to skills and choreography throughout the routine to highlight synchronized, unique, & climatic moments.
  • CUSTOM “Announcer-Style” Voice-Overs
    Includes phrases like the team’s name, school or gym’s name, colors, mascot, slogans, mottos, etc. by one (1) male vocal artist. 
  • CUSTOM Rap Vocals
    Rap vocals are written & recorded specifically for your mix by various artists.
  • Songs from our Licensed Music Sources
    Various songs, covers, & instrumentals from our licensed music sources are used throughout the mix to bring out the best performer in each athlete. All licensing fees are included. Song requests are optional and must be available for licensing through one of our licensed music sources.
  • ADD CUSTOM DANCE SECTION VOCALS (OPTIONAL)
    For an additional $75, add a customized dance section (with custom vocals) to your mix!

All custom cheer mixes include a USA Cheer compliant music license agreement (expires May 31st, 2026), and UNLIMITED sound effect edits for the term of the agreement.

Requirements

1) 8-Count Sheet
Due 2 Weeks Prior to Delivery Date
Upload your 8-count sheet (completed) via the Production Starter Form Click here to download our 8-count sheet.

2) Routine Video (recommended): A single video of the routine being marked or performed to an 8-count mix. 

    • YouTube Link: Upload your video to YouTube (select “Unlisted” or “Private” to avoid posting publicly). Enter the YouTube share link on the Production Starter Form or e-mail it to info@zerodeductions.com.
    • E-mail: E-mail the video file, or as a Google Drive link, to info@zerodeductions.com.
    • iMessage: Send the video through iMessage to (817) 905-9229. (Make sure to send the video while your device is connected to Wifi)

Additional Services

  • Mix Reconstruction
    $75/hr. (minimum 1 hr.)
    The addition, removal, re-arrangement, or modification of:
    • Sections
    • Voice-Overs
    • Songs from Licensed Music Sources (additional fees apply)
    • Rap Vocals & Song Vocals (additional fees apply)
  •  Mix Re-License
    $99 fee plus song license fees
    We do not offer sound effect edits or mix reconstruction services on re-licensed mixes.
